Set to rise five stories above �ana�ue Avenue , Meridia Pompton Lakes has been called a gateway project by local officials and the town ’ s most ambitious redevelopment effort in recent memory .
The project , which is estimated to be completed in spring 2024 , should bring 212 residential units , a new restaurant and retail storefronts to the downtown .
