The Charnets meet clients in the addition ’ s executive office , where the walls have been painted multiple times for a leathered look . Silk carpeting graces the floor , and the mantle above the gas fireplace that is surrounded by green-and-gold-flecked granite shares a carved-lion-heads-and-claw-accents motif with the desk facing it . When the burled wood blinds are raised , the desk chair ’ s occupant can look onto the home ’ s 75-yard golf fairway and multiple-hole putting green .
