“Crazy Joe” Clark, a former teacher at Eastside
High School in Paterson, is brought in to turn

drugs and crime. Clark brings some famously
tough — and controversial — love to the
students, who have his back after the school
board tries to dismiss him. In this short film by Pompton Lakes native
Steve Monarque, which was shown at the
New Jersey International Film Festival, modern
technology stymies recent widower Harry in
his quest for a newspaper and cup of coffee.
