NEW PRESIDENT

S
tephanie Bloom, FACHE, MA, has been
appointed president of Chilton Medical Center,
and vice president, Atlantic Health System.
Chilton Medical Center, located in Pompton Plains, is a
member of Atlantic Health System, one of the largest
non-profit health care systems in New Jersey. It includes
Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ;
Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ; Newton
Medical Center in Newton, NJ; and Goryeb Children’s
Hospital in Morristown, NJ, as well as Atlantic
Rehabilitation, and Atlantic Home Care and Hospice.
Bloom brings a wealth of knowledge and experience,
specifically in community hospital operations and management, to her new role at Chilton Medical Center.

have gotten to know her and time spent walking around
Chilton with her, I am encouraged by Stephanie’s
passion for and connection to our staff, patients and
community,” he adds.
Bloom received a master’s degree in health services
administration from The George Washington University,
completed an administrative residency at Greater
Baltimore Medical Center and earned her bachelor’s
degree from the University of Maryland. She is a fellow
of the American College of Healthcare Executives. “The
