T
he location of this Pines Lake property has always been
extremely desirable; the house that existed here before the
current owners rebuilt it nearly from scratch, less so.
“It was a bungalow,” says Lynne Brescia, a realtor with
Coldwell Banker in Wyckoff. “They rebuilt the whole
house using just part of the foundation. Hardly anything
is left of the original.” Though the front door of the home
opens to the street, “a lot of lake people think that the rear
is the front,” she says with a laugh.
FRESH OR SPARKLING
The backyard inground pool overlooks the water, and has been the ideal setting for entertaining.
