Text “Waxhaw” to 99411 to enroll in CodeRED alerts! Text to Enroll is a great tool to help build registrations
for CodeRED by providing residents with a mobile-friendly opt-in process.
With this mobile program, residents can text the keyword “Waxhaw” to 99411, and receive a response
back containing the Community Notification Enrollment (CNE) link. This standard feature is available for
CodeRED customers who have the CNE enabled on their organizations account to help build enrollments by
providing a mobile-friendly registration process with an easy-to-remember keyword and shortcode.
CodeRED is a local emergency alert system that will apprise subscribers with notifications from their local
emergency response team in the event of local emergency situations or critical community alerts such
as evacuation notices, bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices and missing child reports. This is a great
notification system for Waxhaw and Union County.
