In the event of an emergency, you may dial 911 from any phone. Guests may
also contact one of our event staff or a uniformed deputy. During the Go
Bowling at The Glen guests with a cell phone may call our dispatch center
at [phone]. In addition, guests may go to the Infield Care Center
located at the corner of Finger Lakes and Tompkins roads in the infield or
one of the campground “Town Hall” locations. (See map page 40).
During the Go Bowling at The Glen, guests may also text us at 69050. In the
body of the message, type WGIFAN and then a space, and then type your
need or issue along with your location. (Message and data rates may apply)
HOSPITALITY
The Bog Sponsored by Red Cat
The Bog Sponsored by Red Cat is located inside Turn 11 by the pedestrian
crossover at the end of the Midway. Admission is by pre-purchase only.
The area will be open during both races on Saturday and Sunday and
admissions wristbands are sold separately and in advance for each day.
The Bog includes:

Updates will be sent via The Glen’s mobile app, PA system, social media,

If you require medical assistance, the Infield Care Center is open 24 hours
and is located at the corner of Tompkins and Finger Lakes roads. If you
cannot make it to the infield, please notify a security guard or sheriff’s deputy
and they will assist you. For the Go Bowling at The Glen mobile medical
teams will be roving the facility for your safety. Campers may also visit one of

CHILDREN’S WRISTBANDS Weekend Includes:
During the Go Bowling at The Glen, free child safety and identification
wristbands (with spaces to list a reserved seat or camp site and a
contact number) are available at all Guest Services Information Booths
(see map page 40). In the event that a child is lost, please contact a

Lost and found items may be taken to or claimed at the Operations
Building, located at the corner of Seagraves and Finger Lakes roads in the
infield. If you have been separated from or have lost someone in your group,
please contact a track employee or uniformed law enforcement officer so
efforts can be made to rejoin you with your party.
