* Gate admission tickets are NOT INCLUDED with the purchase of Pre-Race
Access. Access to all midway, camping or hospitality areas requires a gate
admission ticket.
SAHLEN’S TAIL GATE ZONES – GO BOWLING AT THE GLEN
A Turn 1 or Turn 2 Sahlen’s Tail Gate Zone reserved parking site plus
general admission tickets make this an affordable option for the families.
A few rules apply:
• Vehicle entry is allowed via the reserved parking pass that will be mailed
to site holders.
• Maximum vehicle height is 7’.
• Each site holder will receive 10 wristbands for guest entry into the
Sahlen’s Tail Gate Zone. Only wristbanded guests will be allowed to enter
the area.
• Scaffolding is not permitted at any time
• Please show consideration to other Tail Gate Zone guests.
- Canopies/Dining Tents are allowed only within reserved sites and must
be removed or lowered to the ground at the start of the race to prevent
blocking the view from other guests
- The viewing area extending 15’ from fence lines is for all Sahlen’s
Tail Gate Zone guests and may not be monopolized.
- The Fence line viewing area is not for large equipment such a BBQ
grills, tents, tables, large coolers, etc.
FAN VISION
With a FanVision ® controller in your hand, you can access up to 8 in-car
cameras, replays, a digital radio scanner, real-time statistics and more at
every Go Bowling at The Glen race. Since everything is delivered to you via
a dedicated, trackside network, there is no downloading, no buffering and

All Pit Terrace and Esses adult grandstand ticket holders will receive a Fan
Vision rental with their ticket purchase.
GATE EXIT SCANS
All admission tickets are required to be scanned upon exit for re-entry
into the facility. All tickets must be scanned upon exiting at any open
gate. Failure to get a ticket scanned will void that ticket and require the
purchase of a new ticket for re-entry. No exceptions will be made.
PURCHASING ADDITIONAL TICKETS
Additional tickets may be purchased by calling us toll free at
866-461-RACE (7223) or online at www.TheGlen.com. Additional general
admission tickets are also available on event weekends at any open gate.

WILL CALL
If you purchased tickets more than three weeks in advance and did
not receive your tickets by mail, please call the WGI ticket office at
[phone] to notify us. If you have purchased tickets within three
weeks prior to the event weekend and did not receive them in the mail,
they may be picked up at the Will Call window at the ticket office, located
on the corner of Cty. Route 16 and Old Bronson Hill Road. Photo ID is
required to pick up tickets at Will Call. If the ticket office is closed, Will
Call will be available at Gate 2. We cannot accept tickets to “add” to Will
Call at Gate 2 (or at any other location) from guests for another party’s
pick-up.
* On Saturday and Sunday of NASCAR weekend, please plan extra time for
Will Call pick-up due to a high volume of customers.
LOST/STOLEN TICKETS
If your tickets are stolen, please file a police report. We can issue
replacement tickets only when presented with such a report. Lost tickets
may be replaced, but full ticket price will be charged for the replacement.
However, if the original tickets are returned to us within 14 days, we will
refund the full ticket price.
