CAMPING INFORMATION
WGI is pleased to host you for an entire weekend. If you choose to stay at our
facility, we hope that you enjoy your experience. To ensure your safety and
enjoyment, as well as that of those around you, please review the following
guidelines:
• All persons entering the facility need a valid ticket or credential for
admission. Tickets/Credentials must be kept on the person throughout the
weekend and must be scanned upon entry and exit of the facility.
• S
 earch of vehicles, including car trunks, campers and RVs, is a condition of
entry to the facility. Please be prepared to accommodate the attendant when
you approach the gate.
• N
 o live music allowed at campsites without permit. Permit is $1,000.
• Q
 uiet hours apply for all camping areas from 11pm - 6am.
• G
 enerators are not permitted during the hours of 11pm - 6am, unless
needed for medical purposes.

 o obtain a medical permit in advance, call 607-535-3319 for information.

 o obtain a medical permit on property, see Security upon arrival.

 enerators must be properly ventilated and the exhaust should be
positioned so as not to interfere or cause harm to neighboring campers.

 uests desiring to use a generator are encouraged to utilize a whisper/
quiet style. WGI reserves the right to have generators shut down, removed
or adjusted.
• Camping stickers are non-transferable. Anyone transferring stickers will
be expelled without refund. Vehicle stickers that have been removed for any
reason will not be honored for re-admission. WGI is not responsible for lost
or stolen stickers.
• C
 amping permits are per vehicle, not per site. Any vehicle staying on WGI
property overnight in the camping area is considered a camper and must
have a permit for each event.
• C
 amp sites are approximately 20’x 40’. Each site is limited to the following
combinations, all of which must fit within the site boundaries:

 ne (1) RV and one (1) tent
- O
 ne (1) pop-up trailer and one (1) tent
- T
 wo (2) tents
• For all event weekends, campers will be issued two (2) vehicle passes that .....
must adhere to the windshield.
• It is recommended campers park nose or tail of the RV or trailer facing the
track.
• T
 he area within 15 feet of the spectator fence is a public viewing area. No
campers or camping equipment (including scaffolding) may be within 15’ of
the spectator fence.
• P
 lease note the following NYS Dept. of Health requirements:
- Camping

units need to be situated on sites so that at least 5 feet is
maintained between neighboring units. This includes add-on structures
or attached appurtenances.
