COMMUNITY GUIDE 2025

Chamber supports local community

Numerous businesses in the Watertown area comprise the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber’ s primary goal is to drive the prosperity of our entire community by supporting the organizations that make up its membership.
Usually, the Chamber’ s first event of the year is the Easter Eggstravaganza. Held the day before Easter, children have the opportunity to have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny, make crafts, play games, and decorate cookies! Best of all, the event is free!
In the summer, Watertown is home to the Rails to Trails festival. In the week leading up to the event, the Chamber unveils daily clues to the location of the Golden Spike. The finder of the Golden Spike wins spending money in the form of Chamber Check. Also during the event, the Chamber of Commerce hosts the annual Duck Race. The race is usually held in the Crow River, but if the river is too high it is held at a alternate location. Ducks can be purchased a local businesses for $ 1 in the weeks leading up to the race.
Chamber Check $ are gift certificates that are good for merchandise and services and are accepted at all Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce members. They are a great way to support our Community! They can also be purchased at Marketplace Foods.
