Watertown-Mayer Public Schools has a focus on creating opportunities and connections in a safe, nurturing environment for all students. We believe that students who feel a sense of connection and belonging in their school are more likely to experience success inside and outside the classroom. Combined with our recently updated athletic and academic facilities, we provide an outstanding educational experience for all students.
WM COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER
• High quality preschool and early childhood programming.
• High quality licensed childcare serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Variety of programming for community members of ALL ages.
WM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
• Our programs focus on the development of the whole child- emotional, social, academic, & physical well-being.
• We promote Royal Expectations of being caring, safe problem-solvers.
• We provide high quality instruction based on current best-practices including the Science of Reading.
WM MIDDLE SCHOOL
• We promote the Royal Way: Responsible & Respectful; Open-Minded; Being Yourself; Accountable; Leadership
• We have a diverse array of exploratory classes for students to explore interests such as outdoor adventures, world cultures, family & consumer science and more.
• We have strong social-emotional and academic supports to allow students to be the best they can be.
WM HIGH SCHOOL
• We pride ourselves on providing“ big school” opportunities in a“ small school” environment, providing a diverse curriculum ranging from Career & Technical Ed. opportunities to College In the Schools.
• We prepare students with the tools and skills needed for success regardless of their post high school plans whether it is a 2 or 4-year college experience, trade school, technical college, military, or full-time employment.
• We have robust athletic and academic programs including drama, speech, Knowledge Bowl, Mock Trial, Business Professionals of America, Robotics, and Unified Sports to name a few.
