GOLF
Several nearby golf courses , including two in Watertown , are available . B ’ s on the River is a 9-hole course on the north side of town and also features a full-service bar , restaurant and banquet facility . Just a few miles east of town on County Road 24 is Timber Creek Golf Course , which features 18 holes .
In nearby Waconia , golfers can play the 18-hole Island View Golf Course , and just 5 miles east of Watertown on Highway 20 , golfers can enjoy 18 holes at Pioneer Creek Golf Course in Maple Plain . Fifteen miles west of Watertown on Highway 7 is another 18 hole course , ShawdowBrooke Golf Course .

Just a few miles west of Watertown at the intersection of CRs 122 & 21 , the complex has now found its niche in a rural setting as a family entertainment center .

TOWN TEAM BASEBALL
Whether you ’ re interested in playing or just watching , local amateur baseball is found in the Crow River Valley League . Watertown ’ s team is the Red Devils and Mayer ’ s team is the Blazers . There are CRVL teams in New Germany , Waconia , Winsted , Young America , St . Bonifacius and other cities .
