Feature The Irish Film Institute is gearing itself up for a busy season; not content with the international success of Irish-born cinema at The Golden Globes and an impressive nine Oscar nominations, they are rolling out a programme of further productions that will cement the already strong reputation that they currently enjoy. The frontrunner to this current flush of success is the wonderful Brooklyn, closely followed by the harrowing Room. Living is also showing. The IFI’s 1916 Centenary programme will feature concerts, newsreels, shorts and features throughout March. There really is something for everyone.
