n 2020, Technal will celebrate its 60th anniversary. The
brand has grown throughout its history all over the
world and our products are installed daily in more than
40 countries.
Since the very beginning, the brand has paid particular
attention to the needs of architects. They push the
boundaries and force us to progress. The world is
globalized, architecture as well. It’s quite naturally that
our long-standing partners pressed us to create the World
Architecture Technal Award.
After months of work, we are very happy to present to you,
for this 1st edition, the selection of an international jury
under the presidency of the Zaha Hadid agency.
We wish to warmly thank the Jury, for the exchanges, their
difficult work as well as their sound advice.
Beyond the final result, it is to all our partners (customers,
architects, ...) that we dedicate this event, the first of a long
list.
So we give you an appointment at the second edition in
2021 to discover new projects and new categories. The
“Sustainability”, recommended by the jury, will be part of
it. It can be more natural as it highlights our commitment
to reduce CO 2 emissions, particularly, but not only, through
the use of low carbon aluminium Hydro CIRCAL 75R.
