Free 1 Year Anniversary Special Edition Choccolocco Mountain: SRRS Race 1 Anna Cashon Choccolocco Mountain ORV Park in Jacksonville, Alabama hosted the first Southern Rock Racing Series race of the season last Saturday, March 29th. The sloppy mud greeted us all early that morning with a full line up of racers! Being the first race of the season, there were new buggy’s debuted and new faces to make a name for themselves. The mud held absolutely no one back, and it was full throttle all day! Both of the hills raced were straight up climbs, for the most part, that required high horsepower and some no mistake driving skills! A few of the new faces seen were ready to ride with little hesitation in their driving; they looked like they had raced the last two seasons. The first new racer that caught my eye was the face of Peter Ruttan. The bright red, formerly known Hillbilly Deluxe buggy came flying through the course wide open, like he had been doing this for years! The whole crowd was extremely excited to see fearless, Peter Ruttan screaming up the climb. 10 April 2014
