Orders received after December 14th, 2014 will be applied to 2015 allotment. Warehouse closed Dec. 15, 2014 - Jan. 2, 2015. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. • Shipping and tax charges do not apply to allotment orders of $20.00 or less. • $20.00 allotment may not be split into two or more orders. Total allotment amount must be ordered at one time or you will forfeit your remaining balance. • Only residents of Washington State and Alaska who are directly involved in teaching nutrition and fit within the qualified titles are eligible for this allotment. • QUALIFIED TITLES: PE/Health Educators, K-12 Teachers, School Nurses, Food Service Directors or Managers, WIC and Public Health Nutrition Educators, Physicians, Dietitians and Nutritionists, Worksite Wellness Coordinators, Nurses, WSU and UAF Extension Professionals.
