Healthy eating and physical activity are among the personal
responsibilities children in middle school are developing. Exercise
Your Options is a 6 lesson nutrition and physical activity program
designed to assist in teaching these important skills and habits to
students. The kit comes with 50 student workbooks allowing each
student to practice new skills and have fun doing it. This skillsbased program includes an extensive Teachers Guide with
nutrition facts, objectives, lesson plans and pre and post assessment options. There is also a DVD which contains lesson video
segments, Power Point presentation and much, much more.

choices impact their health with this 10-step lifestyle assessment and
