This year, we will elect a president and a new governor. Congress is up for grabs, as is our state Legislature. It’s one of those watershed election years — definitely a time for all of us to get our oars in the water. Relationships continue to form the basis of everything we do, and that’s especially true in an election year. If we are not involved now, we can’t complain later about who is elected. And that means we need to help supporters of business raise the money to win at the polls. It’s also worth noting AWB will not be contributing to presidential or congressional campaigns. Likewise, we will not be sending contributions to candidates for local offices. Our PAC will solely focus on the races for governor and the Legislature.
