Modern Electric Water Company has powered the Spokane Valley for 120 years. Modern began with a mission to supply irrigation water to 3,000 acres of farmland, expanding to provide electricity and water to homes and businesses across the valley.
Ten state chambers of commerce now use the Competitiveness Redbook, a data-driven look at how each state compares to the rest of the nation on 60 key economic indicators. AWB compiles the data and produces the publication for each state.
