Takeaway : Utah County has had significant price appreciation in all property types . The county saw an increase in the number of properties sold across all property types over the last 12 months . This trend has continued for the last five years in Utah County , with the quantity of properties sold outpacing the year before . Overall , buyers are continuing to move to Northern Utah County and we expect continued strong property sales , especially in the Lehi and Saratoga Springs areas .
