Takeaway: This quarter, condominiums in Weber County saw the largest percentage increase in median and average prices across
the Wasatch Front. Although the average price of a condominium in Weber County increased approximately 23% over the same period
last year, condominiums in Weber County are still among the most affordable property type buyers can purchase on the Wasatch Front. Takeaway: The total number of single family home sales decreased 14% compared to the
same period last year in Davis County due to lower inventory availability.
