Takeaway : East Summit County saw a decrease in average single family home price due to fewer estate sales , with stability in median price . Kamas and Marion saw a 38 % increase in total quantity sold , and a 51 % increase in total dollar volume sold resulting in an 8 % increase in median sales price in that general area .
