ThunderClan Forest Territories

ThunderClan, like all of the other Clans excluding StarClan, has a very comfortable camp, built in a way so that the Elders and Kits in the clan are protected. The camp entrance is well shielded with brambles to safeguard the cats of ThunderClan. With heavily reinforced bramble walls, the nursery is the most protected area of the camp because it houses the Kits; therefore housing the future of the Clan. Next, there is a tree stump that Apprentices use for sharpening their claws. It also marks the spot where they sleep, in some ferns behind the stump. The Warriors den is under a bush and is the area where the Warriors sleep. The Elders, who are cared for before they make a journey to StarClan, sleep in a hollowed out fallen tree, where they spend days telling stories with each other and to the Kits. Finally, the Highrock is on the other side of the clearing, where the leader makes speeches and performs ceremonies. The leader sleeps inside the rock, hollowed out by a long-ago dried out stream. Lastly, there is a fern tunnel that leads to a crack in the stone; this is the medicine cats den.

ShadowClan Forest Territories

With the pine needles underfoot, the ShadowClan Camp is protected by brambles, with a tiny well-trodden entrance where the Warriors can squeeze in and out. Because of the tall pine trees, the floor is cool and muddy, ideal for stalking. The Warriors den is under a bramble bush. Although it looks prickly on the outside, it is very soft inside, lined with moss and pine needles. The leader’s den is under the roots of an oak tree, with a comfortable nest. The edge of the clearing holds the rock that the leader uses as a vantage point to address the Clan. Leaning against the rock is another rock, which creates the medicine den. Around the boulder are ferns, which serve as a place for the sick cats to rest. Lastly, the nursery is a hollow protected in the front by the Bush.

WindClan Forest Territories

Their camp is hidden well by a Gorse Barrier, and legend has it that Windstar herself reached a paw out of the sky and scooped out a pawful of sand for the dip that WindClan calls home. As mentioned before, there are no proper dens, only small dens built in the wall of gorse barrier for the Queens and Elders. Because of this, in dangerous weather, the Warriors shelter in rabbit burrows. In the long history of WindClan, the Leader's den is still yet to be used. The den is behind Tallrock, the rock that is equivalent to ThunderClan’s Highrock. The Tallrock is used for announcements and ceremonies.

RiverClan Forest Territories

The RiverClan camp is a well drained Island, the water gives them protection, as it only can be reached by swimming; in consequence, their camp has never been attacked by any other Clan. The dens are made out of tightly woven reeds, and also it is mentioned by Feathertail once that they hang shells and rocks to make them shiny. It is worth noticing that unlike other Clans, where all the cats sleep together, the RiverClan cats sleep in dens of 2-5 cats, not all together. The camp is shielded by the thick Sedge bushes that line the camp. Past a dark olive sedge Bush lies the medicine den while the Apprentice den is covered with a thick layer of warm moss, keeping the Apprentices of the Clan warm at night. As the most protected part of the camp, the nursery is tucked snugly inside a thick Sedge wall, woven together with reeds and willow branches, protecting the youngest members of the Clan. Next, the Elders den is at the high end of the camp, farther away from the river. It is made with woven willow stems, as it is the second most protected place in the camp. The leader rests inside of a den made again with willow stems, tucked into the ancient willow tree.
