A co-working space for designers
Draftboard goes above and beyond the regular ameni-
ties of a co-working space to cater to designers. Think of
it more as a co-design space, with an industrial-chic inte-
rior, a professional-caliber photo studio and printing ser-
vices. While Draftboard is the perfect place to meet other
designers, it is open to all manner of freelancer or remote
worker. There are also meeting rooms, spaces for teams of
four to eight people and a “chill zone” complete with pool
table and bar.

The Hive Thonlgor is a boutique serviced office with
plenty of space for hot-deskers to pop in for the day
or a even month. Stretching five stories high, The Hive
has an outdoor rooftop garden for phone calls, breaks
