love affair with Thailand began
when he visited the country for
his honeymoon and was captivated
by the land and its people. Finding
the time right to bring his own brand
of European fine dining to Bangkok,
Savelberg opened his restaurant in the
city, conveniently located on Wireless
Road close to the Dutch Embassy.
At his Bangkok restaurant, Chef
Savelberg is on the ground both
cooking and ensuring excellent
quality in the kitchen. Head chefs,
