“So often, people are told to cut out
carbs to help them lose weight. In re-
ality, nutrition is all about maintain-
ing a balance between macro and
micro nutrients. By removing some-
thing from your diet, you might be
missing out on the benefits that nu-
trient gives you. Generally speaking, I
don’t believe in diets because differ-
ent goals mean different approaches.
You need to consider what your pur-
pose is, analyze your body type, think
about how intense your training is
and how active you are each day.
One of the funniest myths I have
heard is: ‘Don’t sit down after you run
because your bum will go flat.’ This
misguided advice stems from the
belief that your glutes are in a more
moldable state post-run and are
more likely to spread out when com-
pressed on a chair, ground or other
solid surface. Don’t believe every-
thing you read!”
