by Jenilaine Moonean- Fabbioli
Doug Fabbioli had a far-reaching vision : enhance the rural economy of Loudoun County through advocacy for agriculture education and workforce development . And so began the New Ag School ( NAS ) in 2008 which has been cultivating and growing the farmers of tomorrow ever since . The passionate winemaker of Fabbioli Cellars and backbone of NAS , Doug strongly believes in using farmers and rural business leaders as mentors to the next generation to gain workers and advocates who will last for decades .
Doug Fabbioli is enthusiastic about mentoring New Ag School students about the importance of sustaining our farmlands and starting careers in the field of agriculture .
