No one said Christmas has to be classy .

Angry Orchard in Walden was packed with tacky , loud Christmas sweaters during last week ’ s ugly sweater party .

The winner of the ugly sweater contest , Deb Dederick from Pine Bush , won a “ swag bag ” full of Angry Orchard hats , shirts , cider , and koozies . Dederick wore a hideous gold garland-lined black sweater with gold stars paired with a red long sleeve tee underneath .

Fritz Meier , the first place runner up of the ugly sweater contest , from Pine Bush , donned elf ears , light up shoes , bright red shorts , and a sweater of a llama that read , “ falalallama .”

The brand-new Farm Hopped Cider was also available on draft alongside cider favorites and exclusive small batch varieties only available inside the cider house .

3 Mama ’ s and Mike , local food caterers , provided gourmet comfort food during the party , leaving no one hungry . Music was provided by Robby Valentine , local Warwick musician .
