We’re very cognizant of the fact that if you stay under the cap, you don’t have to have a 60% plurality. So we worked very hard. In my mind, it would have to be a very tough budget where we were going to lose a lot, or not be able to maintain what we had, to go to the taxpayers and ask them to go over the cap. We’re fortunate that didn’t happen.” The state has yet to reveal the details of the proper
