Split evenly between Europe and the US, the users will soon be joined by one more in Europe and two more in the US, Eskandar added. One of those users will also adopt Portware’s equities trading platform, Eskandar said, and a few more are expected to come aboard in the near future. The firm plans to enhance the platform’s alerts and other modules, Delo said, adding TradeKing is also rolling the platform out to its more active clients. “We get a lot of customer requests for different functionality,” Delo said. “There are definitely a slew of things that are on our roadmap.” The alerts functionality will be expanded so that if a stock or a specific technical indicator hits a certain price the user receives an alert immediately, Delo said. Additionally, modules for account holdings and order status will be bolstered with tax lot and options data, he added.
