Wicked Wolf competed in two different divisions with two different riders . Coming together as a team for the first time following an 18-month military deployment , Wallace Steinbrecher exhibited The Wicked Wolf in the Intro Division , riding to 2 Reserve World Championship ribbons and posting the 2nd highest scoring ride of the Walking Horses at the show . Competing in the upper-level division for the first time , Tami Steinbrecher and The Wicked Wolf collected one World Championship , two Reserve World Championships and received the upper-level Gaited Division Reserve World Grand Champion title . At the WDAA awards banquet , The Wicked Wolf received his bronze medal for the WDAA Horse Lifetime Points and Awards Program . Congratulations ! Outstanding showings by the Steinbrecher ’ s walking horses .
The guru of Dressage for the Tennessee Walking Horse breed probably is Scot MacGregor of Murfreesboro TN as he was instrumental in introducing our breed to this discipline . Scot is also instrumental in training others in Dressage . Several of his students competed at the WDAA and did well . Scot and long time client , Martha Child had the winner of Basic Level Open Test # s 1 , 2 , 3 , & 4 with the gifted Twilight Stardust . Twilight Stardust was undefeated to claim the Lower Levels Open Championship as well as winning Suitability . Congratulations go to Marth Child on owning this talented horse and Scot for developing the talent .
Ovation For Ozzy owned by Lynn and Scot MacGregor and ridden by Scot Macgregor captured champion awards in Hack , First Level Open Tests # s 1 , 3 , & 4 as well as the Upper Level Open Grand Championship .
Extra Daring owned by Pat Crouse , shown by Hannah Crouse and trained by Scot MacGregor performed without fault to capture the Basic Level Amateur Championship Test # 2 and was reserve in Test 1 .
Kitty Keen made the trip to Guthrie for the second time . In 2019 she found success with her lontime mount Dolly Dumas . In 2021 , she brought Sheza Real Deal , a . k . a . Angel . Angel was the youngest horse in her division , showing against older and more show-seasoned horses . Despite being in new surroundings and having many distractions , she performed well and gave her best . In the four tests in her class , she finished with a third , two fourths , and a fifth place . In her division she finished fifth overall . Overall , it was an encouraging experience and Kitty already has plans to return to the WDAA World .
