WHOA Show Series May 23 , 2021 • Brownsville , Kentucky

Following the bang up Saturday show with 271 entries the WHOA staff approached Brownsville Kentucky horse show grounds on Sunday a wee bit apprehensive . How in the world could we even come close to equaling the Saturday show ’ s magnitude ? Well folks , the owners did not let staff down !
Tri-County Search and Rescue Unit was on hand once again with delicious food . YUM ! My diet was forgotten and it was worth it ! Dennis Hills from Festus , Missouri was our capable judge . Amber Gray came to take pictures which are terrific . You may contact Amber for a professional shot of your horse at amberrgray20 @ yahoo . com . Again many , many thanks to Tracy Mitchell , Linda and Larry Starnes for all their hard work . We appreciate ALL the help and ALL the volunteers that helped ensure WHOA had yet another great show . AND a GREAT SHOW week-end it was with 501 total entries ! Two hundred seventy one entries on Saturday and 229 on Sunday , unbelievable .
It was once again very exciting to see new exhibitors in the show ring both youth and adult . Thank you to these new folks for their support and the nice comments they made about loving the WHOA shows !
The Walk Only Class was again the event for new inexperienced youth riders . The class was entertaining to watch and the youngster ’ s smiles were from ear to ear as they managed to maneuver around the ring by their-own-selves ! Congratulations to all and to the “ handlers ” who assisted them . Another WHOA class that is growing by leaps and bounds is the 4-H Class . Twelve young riders vied for the awards in this class .
Sheza Peach walked out of the blue ribbon circle as a yearling to enter it as an All Day Pleasure 2 and 3 year old winner for owner and breeder , Marilyn Carter . It was a pleasure to see this duo under saddle .
Addison Vice made her debut aboard A G Knight Kiss a winning one . Avery Cole and One Ellva Knight did well both days in youth and equitation divisions . Emma Simmons was another first time exhibitor who did well . Please accept my apologies if I missed any other first time exhibitors .
501 entries in one week-end ! Just plain ole awesome and not possible without our faithful exhibitors and loyal WHOA supporters . Thank you from the bottom of my heart !!
