WHOA Pleasure Jamboree Murfreesboro , Tennessee • June 22-23
Another one in the books for WHOA as The Pleasure Jamboree finalized its classes with 351 entries for the two days . We started about a bit slow but picked up the pace on Saturday with class after class filled with talented stock . Horses from Alabama , Arkansas , Connecticut , Florida , Georgia , Kentucky , Louisiana , Ohio , Missouri , Tennessee and Virginia came thru the gate and showed off their walking skills . Once again we saw extra nice Tennessee Walking Horses turned out in all their finery to the delight of the spectators .
Several barns had multiple entries among them Justus Carter , Dickie Gardner Stables , Jessica Hlebak , Joe Lester Stables , Maggie Moore Stables , Bobby Richards and several more .
Our Tennessee summer is in full swing with Mother Nature either extremely hot or showering us with storms . Hail , driving rains and wind have been common this June . It ’ s been a very different summer so far but the WHOA shows have not suffered thus far for which we thank our very loyal exhibitors .
