Why not offer and encourage a neighbor ’ s or friend ’ s child to come experience your walking horses and the show ring ?? You never know , a TWH enthusiast may be right around the corner !

The 39th International will host 16 Dressage Classes ( 11 Traditional and 5 Western ) on July 22nd , 2017 ! Last year was an amazing year for Dressage entries and WHOA is committed to provide you a top notch venue and fun friendly competition environment . ( air conditioned arena helps too !) WHOA thanks you for supporting and encouraging our continued focus to give our members what they want ! Paybacks will be jackpot based on entries per class . We already have donated awards for High Test Score in Traditional and Western ! As more information and prizes are finalized we will get it posted ! Make sure to get your entries in early by using the printable form online and sending to the WHOA office ! Dressage riders know the importance of early registration ! Thank you again to all who continue to show our amazing breed ! We look forward to seeing you on the 22nd !
Do you know someone who barrel races ? Any breed ? Have you ever been to an open barrel race and seen a registered gaited side pot of $ 500 ? Well mark this on the calendar--WHOA has heard its members “ need for speed ” and has worked hard with sponsorships to get the WHOA Summer Barrel Extravaganza ( ALL BREED ) together for Friday July 21st , 2017 . The final class sheet should be out in a few days , but added money and prizes are coming in ! This is what we can tell you about the $ 2000 added money event ! Trainers will be from 12-6 pm @ $ 5 a run . Open Arena will be from 6-6:30 p . m . Show starts promptly at 7 p . m . ( ALL BREEDS ) PeeWee Barrels ( 8 & Under ) are $ 5 an entry ( 80 % payback , plus prizes to the top 5 ! ( OGB ) $ 500 added Registered Open Gaited Breed Barrels ( Must show gaited breed registration papers at time of entry ) $ 30 entry fee ( Payout to top 4 places $ 200 / 150 / 100 / 50 plus 70 % payback of entries ) ( ALL BREEDS )$ 1000 added Open 4D Barrels , $ 35 entry fee ( 70 % payback plus added money ) ( ALL BREEDS )$ 250 added Youth Barrels , $ 20 entry fee ( 70 % payback plus added money ) ( ALL BREEDS ) $ 250 added Masters Barrels , $ 20 entry fee ( 70 % payback plus added money ) ***** Trophy saddle stands will be awarded to each division winner in the Open 4D Race . ***** A Fleece Dress Sheet for the fastest time run of the evening More prizes being added--stay tuned and spread the word to all breeds !
