Ten Lakes Trekking

Jagged peaks stand tall next to lovely, forest covered hills that hide mountain lakes. Take time to stop and glance around to take in the breathtaking scenery and nature. The trekking route crosses the Austrian Salzkammergut region from west to east. This area is famous for the ‛ Ten Lakes’ such as Lake Wolfgang, Lake Mondsee and Lake Hallstatt. A special route takes you to Ausseerland, a gem of the Salzkammergut where time seems to pass slower than everywhere else.
