We preceded to the rooftop bar for another round of Mojitos. Technically, it was supposed to be daquiris, but there was some mix up between the tour guide and the bar staff for our group. Regardless, they were still pretty easy going down. We opted for a Pina Colada served of course in an actual pineapple and must say, it was beyond incredible. So rich and creamy that it has put all other Pina Coladas since to shame. The views were absolutely amazing from this vantage point as well. I literally could have sat there all day!
At this very specific point, I have made a decision to go back, but fly instead to Havana and actually stay at one of these centrally located hotels. If I’m ever going to be a better writer, why not do it in the same place as one of my literary heroes.
