The Manual Notch aligner allows the operator to manually align 25 wafers in a plastic cassette. The unit allows for automatically finding wafer notches in an Up/Down position.
This product can also accommodate multiple Plastic, Teflon and metal carriers, and include
boat positioning blocks to ensure proper alignment. The roller wheels are also available in
different types of material coatings.
