The PRC has about 30,000 volumes of books, 350 titles of periodicals, 895 volumes of conference
proceedings, 1465 audiovisuals titles and small collection of corporate reports and speeches. PRC is
a special library, serving the information need of its organization, i.e. PETRONAS. As such, its
collections
are
specialized
in
the
areas
of
oil
and
gas
and
management.
As an acronym for PETROLEUM Resource Centre & Information Services; PRECISE is the name
used for our Digital Library web-site (Library Portal). PRECISE web site provides the connection
between reader and the information, learning and knowledge resources. It offers online access to the
bibliographic information (OPAC) named PULSE.
Its branches are the PETROLEUM Resource Centre at Bangi and the PETROLEUM Resource Centre
(Legal Division) at PETROLEUM Twin Towers.
