Annual International Poetry and Storytelling Festival
Each year on the evening of MLK Day, the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg sponsors an
opportunity for creative writers from diverse cultures in our region to share their works. It also
is an opportunity for finalists in the annual International Poetry & Storytelling Competition for
High School Students to read from their works and interact with established writers from
around the world.
The 2019 event was sponsored by Temple University Harrisburg and the Arts for All
Partnership.
