WACA National Conference in D.C. WACH President Joyce Davis and Russell
Goodman, board secretary, attended the 2019 WACA National Conference and
escorted students who won scholarships to attend the event. The three-day conference
included forums with experts in international affairs as well as a special reception at the
Chinese Embassy.
