MEETING MINUTE:
Communication and networking among members future direction
After 8 years of establishment, communication across countries and culture has been challenging. VPHCAP
as a Master program coordinating office, has been initiate the way of communi-cation, including email, Facebook, website.
In addition, VPHCAP launch the e‐newsletters named “V*COMMUNiTY” for 8 issues during last 4 years. All communications aim to keep all alumni and member of VPHCAP in touch, sharing news and activities from the center.
There are 2 major points were discussed during the meeting;
The preference for communi-
cation platform are different in each countries. Most of the member is really active via Facebook, but some of them has limited access to this application. Several platforms have been brainstorming and discussed for the most preference. The group agrees that official communication via email is the most preference and common way to communi-cate among the group.
Focal point from each countries will play a big role for data sharing point. He/she should help updating email, position, affiliation of members in each countries at least every year. The country group discussed among members and propose the focal points as follows;
