Recently, the Veterinary Public Health Centre for Asia Pacific has been changed the name of the center to "VETERINARY PUBLIC HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY CENTRE FOR ASIA PACIFIC" through a vision that aims to be the center that has a leading position focusing on food safety and food security. However, we still use the short name "VPHCAP" in English to emphasizing our leading position in Veterinary Public Health and Food Safety in Asia Pacific for over the past 15 years. Our missions are to seek opportunities to collaborate with other sectors in order to conduct research and build capacity through food safety issues to serve the national strategic policy.
In this issue, we update the activities in the past 3 months and introduce the new executive board of VPHCAP as well as our students in Master of Science (in Vet Public Health) Program. Let's getting around, the updates of our alumni is at the end of the issue.
