Villains of Greek
Mythology
By Kendall Richard
Mythology is defined by its great heroes, and the villains that
defeat them. Greek mythology is full of hideous monsters, cruel
titans, and cunning kings, all of whom make for lasting stories.
Here are the top 5 villains from Greek mythology.
Typhon
A monster so fierce that even the gods fled from him. He is
said to have 100 dragon heads so tall that they touched the
stars. The gods couldn’t kill him so they trapped Typhon under
Mt. Aetna.
Cronus
The father of the greatest gods who was so scared of his fate
that he swallowed them. Cronus ruled the world and wanted
to keep himself in power, he thought the best way to do this
was to consume his kids.
Sisyphus
This cunning king of Ephyra managed to trick Death. Twice.
His conniving plans earned him a spot amongst the greatest
