This is my first year ever taking Greek, so I do not have an extensive
vocabulary at all, but here are my top 5 Greek words that I know so far.

This word means “man.” It gives us anthropology, and it just
sounds nice. Also, it is one of the easiest words to decline in the
Ancient Greek language.
This is the Greek counterpart of the Latin “Vōlō.” This word takes
a complementary infinitive, which is a very satisfying type of
infinitive because it finishes a word. It means “I wish,” and it
always feels very positive when I use this word in a sentence.
This can have many different meanings including “and” “even”
or “also.” It is the Greek counterpart of the Latin “et.” The reason
it is so high on this list is because of the versatility of the word.
