To request the use of equipment, please fill out this form and submit with your Campsite Reservation Form or
mail after the confirmation of requested campsite is received.
Full payment of requested equipment must be submitted with form. Mail to: GSWPA, 5681 Route 6N, Edinboro,
PA 16412.
Make checks payable to GSWPA. Fees are used to maintain, replace and update equipment.

SWIMMING POOL: (Pool house: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.); Open Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day
Please indicate number of Swimmers – Girl Scouts must refer to Swimming: Safety Activity Checkpoints
1-10 Swimmers requires – 1 lifeguard, age 18 or older and 1 watcher.
11-25 Swimmers requires – 1 lifeguard, age 18 or older and 2 watchers.
Over 26 Swimmers requires – 2 lifeguard, 1 must be age 18 or older and 1 (age 16 or older) and 3 watchers.
I will find and provide a currently certified lifeguard and submit a
copy of their current certification including First Aid/CPR certifications.
I would like council to provide an approved lifeguard(s).
I realize I must pay both the pool rental and lifeguard fee.
