Welcome to the Volunteer Toolkit !
The Volunteer Toolkit is an online resource center designed specifically for Girl Scout volunteers . Resources include two years of programming plans that incorporate the It ’ s Your Planet — Love It ! And It ’ s Your Story — Tell It ! Journeys , as well as badge work , including many legacy badges .
Enhancements to the Volunteer Toolkit will be released in phases and will add to its functionality over time .
For Daisy , Brownie and Junior troops , the Volunteer Toolkit comes with pre-populated plans for every meeting - a full year of Girl Scouts right there on your device ! You can add your own activities to the plan , and if you want to change the order of activities , just drag and drop .
Cadette , Senior and Ambassador troops have access to the Volunteer Toolkit . While you don ’ t have pre-populated content , you can custom build a plan by inserting your own activities -- and you have access to all the other great resources available through the Volunteer Toolkit .
Multi-level troops can have access to a multi-level troop option . Or you could choose to build your own custom year plan .
For those of you who want to do your own thing , everything is fully customizable . You can add your own activities to the plan , and if you want to change the order of activities , just drag and drop .
It lets you streamline planning and focus on the FUN of leading your K-5 troop with simple , online tools .

• Manage everything from your computer , tablet or smart phone . It ’ s up to you ! Get Started : Once registered and confirmed , Troop Leaders will receive an email with log-in credentials for My GS .
With these credentials , simply : 1 . Open your browser ( Volunteer Toolkit works best with Google Chrome ) and navigate to gswpa . org . 2 . Log in to My GS by clicking the yellow “ My GS ” tab at the upper right hand corner of gswpa . org . 3 . Enter your username and password . Select “ Volunteer Toolkit .” 4 . Lead your troop with these exciting new tools !
