CONGRATULATIONS to Gloria Mayatt and Lisa Berry for receiving JA Grants for education . Mrs . Mayatt plans to use the grant to purchase Math Seeds software while Mrs . Berry funded a STEM project with her coworkers Pre K – first grade .
MSU TWS Graduate Student Outreach program visited WLE campus to talk with students about forestry and wildlife careers . They discussed indigenous animals , their adaptations & shared wildlife specimens such as furs , & skulls . The graduate students directed our Quest students in constructing a sustainable pinecone birdfeeder . Thank you to the MSU students for visiting our campus .
