The Make-A-Wish ® vision is to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a critical illness . In the United States and its territories , on average , a wish is granted every 34 minutes . I believe a wish experience can be a game-changer . I have coordinated multiple celebrity golf tournaments to support Make-A-Wish foundation .

As an Olympic Gold Medalist , ( 1968 Olympics Mexico City ), the Olympics will always hold a special place in my heart . Additionally , my brother was part of the Special Olympics . My wife and I support several charities , but this is one of our favorites . We recently donated 30,000 pairs of shoes to every participant in the Special Olympics in Dubai .
