arisol Torres has always been an Entrepreneur at heart . At the age of eight she knew she would have several businesses . In 1999 Marisol ’ s Little Munchkins was established and it did well for twenty years . After graduating at the age of 45 with a Business Bachelor ’ s degree and majoring project management , it was difficult for her to find work . She laid in bed praying for the Lord to guide her to her next journey .
The next day these two businesses were planted in her head . What is needed in Deltona and how can she make a difference ? Fast forward , Caliente Lingerie and Thriving Queens of Volusia were born . Her Mission is assisting survivors with medical , financial , emotional support , educational tools and spiritual guidance . Whether you are a cancer survivor or a domestic violence survivor , she will do her best to assist you .
Marisol is Board Certified and Accredited as a Certified Mastectomy Fitter and accepting insurance . Her second Passion is the nonprofit “ Thriving Queens of Volusia ”. This business hits close to home for her since she was a victim of abuse for about 7 years . Her goal is to help women going through these horrendous situations by providing the utmost support .
What would you define as a Woman Warrior ? A women warrior is someone who is fierce and has overcome challenges in her life and has been successful . I am very humble and until recently I would not have put myself in that category . After some self reflection I realized I am hard on myself and really have accomplished a lot in less than a year .
What obstacles did you overcome to get to where you are today ? Some of the challenges I endured were other women thinking of me as a threat and not wanting to train me as a Certified Mastectomy Fitter . I did not allow that to discourage me and I found a way to accomplish my goal . In fact , I took it a step further and started a nonprofit . I don ’ t do well with no ’ s and I strongly believe that you should never give in or settle because others don ’ t share your vision .
What inspired you to become the woman that you are today ? I am just a humble woman trying to make change . I have witnessed women with Cancer struggle and as a Domestic Violence Survivor and I understand what they are going through , so I want to help them where I can . n

Marcia Williams
arcia Williams is the Founder of Williams and King Publishers . At W & K , she has spearheaded the publication of many literary works , including anthologies , educational , fiction , children and inspirational books . She is also the Co-Founder of Rhema University , Florida where she serves as Assistant Vice President to bring quality Christian post-secondary education from a Bachelor ’ s level to the Doctorate degree .
Even though business pursuits kept her busy , she also found time to be active in Ministry , Co-Founding and Co Pastoring International Faith Ministries and Rhema International Ministries in Orlando until 2009 , which afforded her the opportunity to travel to many countries , organizing miracle crusades of 15,000 or more attendees .
She currently serves as the President of the Central Florida Writers and Publishers Guild , a nonprofit organization which assists aspiring authors in sharpening their writing skills . Marcia is also an Ambassador Board Member of The Bronze Kingdom Museum .
What would you define as a Woman Warrior ? A Woman Warrior is a leader who walks with purpose . She is determined , strategic , resilient , exudes intelligence and is intentional .
What Obstacles did you overcome to get to where you are today ? The greatest obstacles that I overcame were my own insecurities and fear of failure .
What are your current endeavors and future goals ? I make a conscious effort every day to be a better person than I was the day before . Constant self-reflection and molding also carves the path for continuous professional growth . I never tire of allowing those whose voices may have never been heard , speak through their literary work . Therefore , I look forward to continuing to do just that , allowing authors to not only find their voices , but leave a tangible legacy .
