Loudwine Norcilus
oudwine is of Haitian descent and has been an Orlando-Native for the last 18 years . She traveled to the US in November of 2003 and was raised by her wonderful parents , Imonel & Alourdes Norcilus , and her little sister Ruth , whom she absolutely adores . Her parents have taught her the meaning of hardwork and insane dedication to achieve anything your heart desires .
While growing up in Orlando , she graduated from Cypress Creek High School in May 2009 and completed Dual Enrollment at the Mid-Florida Tech for Desktop Publishing Certifications . Loudwine attended Valencia College for her degree in Graphics Technology and Interactive Design . After getting into the broadcasting world as a radio host on 99.9 FM , 1480 AM and 98.5 FM , she realized that her passion is to lead with impact .
Loudwine is a serious entrepreneur . She is the owner of Arise Financial Group , which helps consumers with financial services ; She owns a lingerie boutique named Bisous Collections , which caters to modern elegant women . She is also the Producer of a culture and entertainment radio show called On The Record Radio Show , turned into a podcast every Wednesday night which is live on Facebook and available on Spotify , iheartRadio , YouTube and Apple Podcasts . She also served as Secretary and Business Development Chairwoman of GHACC- Orlando
What would you define as a Woman Warrior ? A woman warrior is someone that refuses to give up . Warriors have the mentality of You are all in and nothing else matters .
What are your current endeavors and future goals ? I am passionate about helping others and to be able to help thousands reach their full potential , I have started The 360Wellness Project . I will help others to focus on improving their personal life through self care , to maintain a strong spiritual life , developing healthy habits for physical care , keeping interpersonal relationships by being more social and elevate your life through your career and financial goals by professional relationships . By conducting workshops , I will focus on helping others achieve full bliss and take back control of their lives .
I started a women empowerment network Fanm Ayisyèn Global to reach women globally with The 360 Wellness Project in order to impact lives with our workshops . We have our yearly Self Love Brunch in March for International Women ’ s Month where we tackle different topics from the project . Our yearly Love Me Better Women ’ s Retreat is the most anticipated getaway trip every year in November to close out a phenomenal year .
